Friendly staff, bustling atmosphere, good value for money, nice beer. Popular with climbers and locals.
A good place to stop and eat after a invigorating walk.
Look out for their curry nights.

Character pub with good food and beer. The older part of the pub has bar room and restaurant, both with open fires and lots of character. If these are full there is a larger family room with pool etc.

Very old, nice setting overlooking Angle Bay, pleasant garden, good food and beer. Can get busy.
Be careful you don't get cut off by the tide otherwise you'll have a long wait!

These traditional tea rooms have been around as long as I can remember. Inside it is like someones front room, or you can choose outdoors in the garden or summerhouse. Range of cream teas and snacks.

Sightseeing
The ruins of the Bishop's Palace are a tranquil place to visit. Take food and a rug with you to picnic on the sheltered lawn and soak up the atmosphere.

Unspoilt and beautiful. Popular though, so best to go out of season or at a quiet time of day. Lovely sand, backed by limestone cliffs, sand dunes and woodland. Nice and sheltered for swimming.

Dramatic location. Good views. Nice castle gardens. Look out for the open air concerts to enjoy in this wonderful setting.

Well preserved Norman castle. Lots of stone spiral staircases. Good views.
Nice walk around the outside of the castle where you can see the mill pond and cave 'Wogan' that the castle was built over.

The National Trust owned Stackpole Estate has lakes (Bosherston Lily Ponds), woodland, coastal headland and beaches. Great for walk/picnic. Also fishing, bird watching and mountain biking (in parts).

A fabulous long sandy wild beach with rocks and rock pools at both ends and backed by large sand dunes. Poplular for surfing and kite boarding/surfing. Not a swimmers beach. Robin Hood filmed here.
