The metro is nearby (line 11, Télégraphe) only a five minute walk away. There’s also the line 3 at Gambetta (10 min walk) or the 7 bis at Pelleport / St. Fargeau (5 min walk).

The bus is great for getting around Paris! The 96 is right near the apartment, as is the 60, 61 and 69. The 69 is specifically a great bus for seeing Paris, as it goes by all the major monuments, from Gambetta, down to Bastille, Hôtel de Ville, Châtelet, the Louvre, Musée d’Orsay, all the way to the Eiffel Tower! For 2€, you’ll get a great tour of Paris :-)

Bikes are a wonderful way to see Paris. There are multiple Velib (city bike) stations near the apartment, and you can download the app / buy 1, 7 or 30 day passes online. There are also Lime/Jump bikes, but they’re much more expensive than Velib.
