Our favorite brunch place in the hood. They have croissants from Balthazar, amazing smoothies, homemade biscuits (we love the biscuit w/eggs, vermont ham & cheddar) as well as some of the best coffee.

South Street Seaport is definitely a must if you haven't been to NYC before. Great shopping, but really, the boats are beautiful. You can also hop on a water taxi or circle cruise from the seaport.
