Great space. In the summer there's a spray / wading pool for kids, Asian Art Museum is located here, too. Walk up the water tower and have a great view of the city

Cap Hill has loads of places to eat, sightsee, shop, relax. There's a farmers market on Sundays year long. Light rail is also here and can get you to downtown, to a ball game, or to the airport. Very user friendly.

Rent an electric boat and be out on the water. super fun and easy to get around. Allows you to have a unique view of the city and shoreline.
