My favorite beaches
Just a few houndred metres from the house is this lovely little beach, mostly filled with locals during summer time. Quite a steep walk from the beach back to the house but well worth it;)

Such a nice place for families with both younger and older kids. Play and hang around on the beach, jump from the diving tower and have a proper Swedish fika (coffee/cake/bun) or lunch at the restaurant. They're also known for their breakfast.

Super nice bakery just by the railway track/Saltsjöbnan and a playground for kids. Might be closed during Mid- end July so check before you go: https://www.kringelgarden.se/

Just love this place! My second office and I go here with my family too for fikas, lunch or dinner. Beautiful art and design, very good food and the surroundings are so nice. It's just by the sea. You can also rent the sauna or hire canoes.

So nice view! And a great place if you want to stop for a drink. A bit wore down but it has the old feeling Saltsjöbaden which is really nice.

Tippen or Saltsjöbaden Centrum being its real name is where you go for shopping food, buying alcohol at Systemet or visiting the pharmacy. You can either go to ICA (more premium) or Willys.
