In Auke Bay (maybe 1 mile) - Fun walk to look at a variety of local boats and mountain views. There is a kayak and paddleboard rental area near Statter Harbor.

Great Glacier views, flat mile walk to the Nugget Falls, 3 Mile Loop called East Glacier Trail through the forest (elevation gain on this hike), and other trails nearby around the Dredge Lakes area. Great place for bear sightings during the Salmon run!
