Italian beefs are a must-try in Chicago. Although chains are frowned upon, I really like Portillo’s Italian beef (add cheese, Italian sausage link, hot peppers & sweet peppers. Yum!)

We like to go here after playing or walking the trails at Indian Boundary Park (also in guidebook), just down the street.😊 The affogato (espresso over vanilla ice cream) is my favorite. Willis Tower is a must see. The view of Chicago from North America’s 2nd tallest building is amazing. Although terrifying, the Skydeck is not to be missed!😁
