I love this store!! It is such a beautiful and unique general store that also has a spot to eat. The sandwiches here are SO good. And the outdoor patio has an awesome couch and table set up.

City/town information
The downtown core of Chester is not far from Oceanside Gardens. There is so much to see here, it is best to park and walk around. The waterfront is usually packed with sailboat, and the Lido pool full of people enjoying a swim. There are park benches to sit on and watch the view. The streets of Chester is lovely to walk around on, as there are many beautiful seaside homes and gardens to view. My favorite thing to do is to stroll the streets and then have lunch at one of the cute bistros or cafes.

The streets of Chester is lovely to walk around on, as there are many beautiful seaside homes and gardens to view. My favorite thing to do is to stroll the streets and then have lunch at one of the cute bistros or cafes.
Lunenburg is only a short drive away. It is filled with little shops, restaurants and beautiful sight seeing views.

Hyrtles Beach is stunning, and then at the end of the beach is the start of Gaff Point. If you have not done this you are missing out!!!! It is a bit of a drive, closer to 40 minutes from Oceanview Gardens.

A beautiful beach, when the tide goes out lots of sandbars. It is not deep water, so ideal for kiddos or walking the dog. The Rose Bay store and bistro is right next to the beach. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
