Our cottage is only a couple of miles from the northern terminus of this world famous parkway. Drive south and bring a picnic to enjoy at an overlook. Sunrise and sunsets are amazing.
Recently opened train tunnel with trail good for walking or biking. Parking lot is less than a mile from our cottage. From Afton side the tunnel is a 3/4 mile walk from parking lot. The tunnel is just shy of a mile long. Bring a flashlight!

Don't miss the downtown mall. In nice weather it is full of musicians and outdoor dining. Several amazing music venues. Free concerts during the summer months - Fridays After 5.
