One of the perks of our neighborhood is proximity to beautiful Green Lake. Surrounded by a 2.8 mile paved path, you'll find many locals walking, running, and biking around the lake. There are several places to go for a swim or rent a boat and go out on the water.

If you happen to be walking by, the Heart of Phinney Park is a tiny spot at the top of Phinney Ridge that offers clear views of both the Olympic and Cascade mountain ranges on a clear day.

It has play areas for toddlers and older kids, as well as a sandbox and a wide variety of cars, diggers, and other toys. There's also an open field for soccer, a basketball court, pingpong tables, and picnic tables.

Great for kids 6-months to 8-years old, and also a great spot to bring a picnic or dinner on a summer day. Everyone you'll meet here is friendly—we met most of our friends at this park.
