Incredible Japanese food, lovely owners and staff, always on the Chronicle Top 100 Bay Area Restaurants. On the more expensive side, but incredibly worth it if you’re comfortable with a higher price point. Restaurant and online waitlist opens at 5, and is usually full by 5:05. We recommend getting in line outside the restaurant at 4:45 to ensure a table!

Amazing locally owned + operated wood fired pizza place, fresh oysters from tomales bay, organic salads, and lovely service. Pizzas range from $8 for the garlic herb bread, to $17.

Best breakfast in point reyes. Big fans of their New Orleans style iced coffee and their wonderful servers. A good place to go if you need to make a lot of substitutions to your order— the staff are very patient and accommodating.

We recommend this place for a round of drinks (and usually some fries) before dinner at Village Sake.
Favorite drink: The Alpine Sour— I don’t know how they do it, but this drink tastes like a forest.

Vietnamese food, lots of GF options. Just open for takeout and it’s incredible. Hours are W-Sun 11am-6 pm, or until they run out of food. Same owners as Village Sake. Take a blanket from our house, grab your food, and enjoy it at the the park down bolinas road!
