One of the best Mexican gourmet restaurants of the city, everything in the menu is worth it. It is situated in a beautiful old hacienda-like home and next to it you may visit the studio-house of Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo or go down to Plaza del Carmen, a very nice colonial spot in San Angel.

It's a very nice and small café in the heart of Coyoacán. It offers quality coffee and amazing desserts, you can also have a nice breakfast there. It has vegan options too.

A perfect place for picnics or just to read under a tree. The center of coyoacán is a few blocks away.

The church of San Juan Bautista, located in the heart of Coyoacán, is considered to be one of the most beautiful churches in Mexico City. Being one of the oldest Catholic places of worship in the Mexican Valley. It was declared a national monument in 1934 and was in fact built on top of a Calmecac, a school for the children of Aztec nobles. You can see the ruins of the school walking around the convent.
A nice Colonial plaza with cafés, trees, pedestrian streets, out door sitting spaces and a very, very old chapel. Perfect for walking around with your morning coffee.
