It’s worth the 30 minute drive to see the views, let the dog run free and swim in Okanagan Lake. Picnic tables and benches. Plus an outhouse at one end of the beach.

Traffic can be unpredictable. Leave yourself lots of time if you need to cross over the bridge to West Kelowna.

Avoid Harvey Avenue!
Harvey Avenue (or Hwy97) is the main drag through town - and a drag it certainly is!! Can be stop and go. It’s the main route to reach the bridge going south. And main route north towards the airport. Leave yourself lots of time. Or find side streets to bypass Harvey Avenue - like the locals do!!
