Same distance as Clarendon Metro Station, but terrain to/from metro to Air B&B is flat, no hills, this is my preferred walk. Plus, you can grab a Starbucks right at the VA Metro station.

Can also take the trail to Key Bridge and cross over the Potomac into Georgetown and enjoy shopping/dining in a fantastic historic neighborhood.

Probably the closest theatre nearby. However, there is a lot of construction at the Mall right now, so it's a bit of a maze to find the theater. But once you arrive, it's perfectly fine.
