The Oyster Creek Waterfront Trail connects the Ann & Chuck Dever Regional Park with Cedar Point Environmental Park. The trail allows unfettered access to both parks. The recreation center provides a fitness center, a multi-purpose gymnasium, community garden, and multi-purpose facilities to support active/healthy lifestyles. The pool is a heated, twenty-five yard competition pool with a shallow water play area, activity pool, attached dive well-equipped with a one-meter diving board, and wheelchair ramp for accessibility. Also includes playground, restrooms, picnic area, basket hoops, and volleyball nets.

Natural habitats of the park include a black mangrove forest, a mangrove fringe along the shoreline, and pine and scrubby flatwoods. Within the park are nature trails with interpretive signage, a butterfly garden, a canoe/kayak launch, and a beautiful building with a large veranda. Educational classes, guided nature and bird walks and a variety of other nature-based programs are offered throughout the year.
