The St Kew Inn was recently voted top 50 pubs in the UK. A lot of the cooking is done over open fire and this pubs remote location with a beautiful garden is definitely worth a visit.

The Mariners is a fantastic local pub right next to the beach with views of the Camel Estuary and serves great food!

The Cornish Arms
A recommendation for people interested in a fine dining experience, you’ll have to park at Rock car park and catch the water taxi to Padstow which run all day every 20 minutes or so.

I highly recommend this place as a great giftshop and also the best local spot for breakfast!

Padstow has been made infamous by Rick Stein and his local restaurants and cafes, well worth a visit full of Cornish pasty shops, great foodie restaurants and art galleries. To get here you can either drive but it’s probably easier and quicker to jump on the water taxi from Rock which is just £3 and runs all day.

Padstow
Padstow has been made infamous by Rick Stein and his local restaurants and cafes, well worth a visit full of Cornish pasty shops, great foodie restaurants and art galleries. To get here you can either drive but it’s probably easier and quicker to jump on the water taxi from Rock which is just £3 and runs all day.
Port Isaac is the closest town to the property and steeped in history. I’d recommend visiting to explore the windy pathways and fishing harbour.

Tintagel
Rock is a small affluent town on the North coast of Cornwall a ten minute drive from the property, it features lovely dog walks a golden sandy beach and many waterspouts activities from kayaking, to paddle boarding and sailing. This is also the location that the ferry departs from to Padstow which runs throughout the day. The ferry to Padstow takes approximately ten minutes. You'll also find a few places to eat in the town amongst the infamous Mariners pub.
