We eat at the bar often, and recommend the wings and pepperoni + jalapeno pizza.
Wed - Sat 5-9:30. No reservations (expect a wait, but worth it). Highly recommend the bolognese!!! (Hint: order a side of toasted bread with the bolognese.)

Not in Marfa, but deserves honorary mention! Chateau Wright Winery/Vineyard (yes, a *winery* in the high desert!) is a gorgeous 20-minute drive away, and let me tell you, it’s WORTH IT. The wine is actually great, the views are spectacular, and they have a food truck that serves locally-sourced food. Highly recommend! Fair warning: it’s outdoor patio seating only.

Bars Closing Time
Local ordinance prohibits alcohol sales after midnight on Sun - Fri, and after 1 AM on Saturday. That said, unless stated otherwise, all Marfa bars close 1 AM on Saturdays and midnight all other days.

Pack Layers
Marfa is in the high desert, which means hot days & cold nights. Do not underestimate how chilly the nights can get. Pack layers and options. I find myself changing outfits throughout the day because of the drastic range of temperatures.
Note: wind season is February to May: the wind speeds are very high and unpredictable.
