Marfa is friendly - though we are not generally customer oriented.
It's about a pace of life out here, and sharing an experience as it is offered. Enjoy.
If you are used to expecting things to be open or to work a certain way - it may not be as fun an experience....

Drink more than you think you need. The desert will take the moisture from you.
If you have a small humidifier, bring it with you for your bedroom at night.
Salt water and gel nasal sprays are a godsend.
Oils on your skin keep the water in better...
