One of the hottest spots for some good beer and the iconic Detroit Style Pizza. Como's is a beacon on Woodward Ave and a great spot for food and drinks.

Hands down one of the best cookie spots to really satisfy your sweet tooth. Their selection is amazing and they offer ice cream.

As an Italian, that grew up in an immigrant household, there is very few places I recommend when it comes to Italian cuisine. Pop's does a good job at highlighting some of the flavors in an American bar atmosphere. Do I recommend it? sure the food is pretty good and so are the drinks, does it beat my families? no comment.

Ever dream of being a lumberjack? Or maybe you just enjoy the feeling of flannel as you throw hunks of sharp metal at wood. Either way, this is a great spot to have some drinks and finally decide if you got what it takes to escape into the wilderness and survive.. or at least throw an axe.

Over the past decade Detroit has been rebuilding with youth in mind. Downtown is filled with places to eat, things to do, sights to see.
