The Curious Cafe on the Bath road is a must visit for a hearty breakfast. The Blacksmith is quite a plateful but the Apprentice is more manageable and is highly recommended. If the weather is fine the garden at the back is a beautiful place to sit and has a boho vibe.

A great traditional pub under newish ownership, the Sunday lunch is legendary. Warm and welcoming and only a few minutes from Tivoli on Suffolk Road.

Tucked away on at the bottom of a side street in the Suffolks area is The Beehive, a firm favourite with locals, but with a friendly vibe. There's more space to dine upstairs with the option of private room hire and outside spaces to the front and back of the pub.
