If you are up for a off road and hike adventure. This beach is for you. Rough drive if you don't have a Jeep 4x4. Bring plenty water if you decide to hike in. Amazing beautiful waters!
Its a little bit of a walk from the parking lot but so worth it!!

What a great little beach tucked out of the way. $5 to park and has public restrooms and showers. Soft white sand beach with plenty of shade to set your stuff up and yet plenty of sun to enjoy in the calm water. Great for snorkeling.

Beautiful white sand beach. Lifeguards present. Free parking. A known beautiful gem of the Big Island, so get there early to get a parking spot.

It's also called by the two step beach because you will be in the deep sea after you takes two steps from the shoreline! It's one of the best spots for the snorkeling and will show you a beautiful sea-world to you. If you like the song 'Under the Sea,' what could make you prevent from visiting and snorkeling this spot!!

If you like the song 'Under the Sea,' what could make you prevent from visiting and snorkeling this spot!!
Great spot for snorkeling & surfing, plenty free parking and table & bench available for picnic. Make sure you pack some water shoes to visit this beach! Parking is tight and goes fast - you may have to park across the street. Very rocky entry points. BUT…wow!! Such an amazing place to snorkel!! Showers and bathrooms available here. Walking distance to shops which offer surfing lessons.

Parking is tight and goes fast - you may have to park across the street. Very rocky entry points. BUT…wow!! Such an amazing place to snorkel!! Showers and bathrooms available here. Walking distance to shops which offer surfing lessons.

Pro tip, if you have a national park pass and you can’t find parking next-door at the two step beach for snorkeling, you can use your park pass to get in here and park for free (otherwise $10). Then it is just a short walk over to the two step beach where there is a great snorkeling.

One of the many things to do while on island is to check out a Kona Coffee Farm. Free tours and tasting. Very informative tour with easy access just right off the main road. They even have a cute little gift shop to browse.

Its an amazing drive.

The whole experience is amazing! First, Blbefore dinner, there are many free activities to do such as playing Hawaiian games, getting temporary tattoos or learning hula dancing.
The buffet is delicious, lots of local foods to try, The mai tais were strong enough and very tasty.
Finally, the show is excellent. It is full of interesting history about the Polynesian Islands and culture, and the dancers are very good at what they do. The fire dance part is especially impressive.
