One of my favorite places for a delicious cappuccino. The owners are from Italy and everything is made fresh. For breakfast I order the the Maddalena Special {you won't regret this} and for lunch I will order pizza or their mozzarella, tomato and salami sandwich.

MUST GO HERE!!! The owners are an adorable young couple. The space is fantastic with a coffee and pastry bar, work space AND surf clothing store. You literally walk in for a coffee and $100+ later you leave with food, clothes, bathing suits, etc. They love dogs and are welcomed both inside and outside. They know Angus because we go there to work sometimes :)

You literally walk in for a coffee and $100+ later you leave with food, clothes, bathing suits, etc. They love dogs and are welcomed both inside and outside. They know Angus because we go there to work sometimes :)

689-D Dr M.L.K. Jr St NYUMMMMM!!! Okay so this place will be about a 12 minute drive from the beach but I can't recommend it enough. I've been there for both breakfast and lunch and the food and people are top notch. It's definitely a local feel, and dogs are welcome in their outside patio area.
I've never eaten here but have heard good things. It came under new ownership less than a year ago. The couple is French so I'd imagine they have some yummy pastries and more!

YUM!! For both breakfast and lunch. The decor inside is that of an old library. Coffee and drinks are great and the food is delicious.

So maybe go for the experience and after that, walk up to the history museum and learn a little bit about Passagrille.
