There are not a lot of local restaurants in Fairplay, but Asian Fusion is worth checking out. Lovely staff and great food make this a great option for some food after a long day of activity.

World-renowned Breckenridge - famous for incredible skiing and the quaint downtown shopping district. If you're staying in Fairplay, it's safety to say that you'll likely want to make a trip to Breck to experience the city.

Formerly known as "South Park, Colorado", Fairplay was absolutely hopping during the gold rush around 1859. The town has maintained a very small and intimate feel, though gaining popularity due to the show "South Park" on Comedy Central - which features many Fairplay locations.
Take a stroll through the South Park City Museum - a restoration of 1859 South Park. (open starting mid-May).
