Beer and food directly on the beach. The peel and eat shrimp is amazing. Drinks are cheap. Amazing place to watch the sunset. You can even sign up in advance to ring the sunset bell and have your name in a history museum for doing it.

Fort De Soto is massive with a lot of shoreline. But North Beach is by far the best. It will cost $1 for a toll and $5 to enter the park. It is surrounded by nature, rather than buildings and hotels like most beaches in the area.
