The ideal place for a pick nick, a nice walk on the weekends or for sports activities. Lakes, rivers, nice walking trails, beer garden, a great surfing spot on the wave at the “Eisbach” .... all this in the middle of town!

Great for outdoor sports, in winter a nice hill for some boarding, skiing in town.

One of the biggest and in my opinion best thermal baths ever. Saunas, Pools, chill areas, restaurants, slides, outside areas etc... also possible to go in the evenings for a few hours...

A very nice lake and area only an hour from Munich. By car or by train. A lot of nice restaurants in the region. Boat tour is possible, hiking and biking area. A bit poshy, but so nice!
