Einsi Kaldi is a beautiful restaurant with great food. Their reindeer carpaccio with the lobster roll is probably the best starter I have ever tasted.

The brothers Brewery is the most popular pub in Vestmannaeyjar and they brew their own beer. They also have popcorn for the kids :)

My personal favorite is to take a tour around the island on one of the Rib Safari boats. Wildlife and nature in all it´s aspects.

Eldfell volcano is an easy walk with a great view at the top. You can also walk over the lava fields keeping in mind that underneath it there are around 400 houses.

Stórhöfði is windiest weather station in Europe and also the homes of tens of thousands of puffins. It has a sightseeing house for spotting puffins and also offer an easy walk around the Stórhöfði Cape that offers great views of the smaller islands in the south.

Heimaklettur is the highest mountain in Vestmannaeyjar. Walking to the top is really popular by the locals and offers great views, but if you are afraid of heights please do not go there unless you know the risks.
