I like the baja shrimp tacos here and the atmosphere can't be beat, your kids and dogs can play in the sand right next to your table as you watch the whales and dolphins swim by.

Perhaps the best but maybe also the most expensive grocery store in town. Amazing almond croissants, fresh pressed juices, whatever you're in the mood for.

Closer than Lazy Acres, a very nice bike ride along the beach. A couple blocks less than Trader Joe's, it has more specialty health foods.

After a gorgeous stroll down to the harbor, you will find a small sea museum with touch tanks, next door to the ice cream shop where My Favorite Martian was filmed. Seafood restaurants on the pier.
