Rent a bicycle from Frederic to get around!
Don't be intimidated, Amsterdam is built for cycling. Just don't linger slowly or stop in the middle of the cycling lane or road as the locals don't waste time on their commutes!

Tipping between 5-10% of the bill is normal.
You can tip cash or card. By default your waiter will put the amount on the bill, if you want to tip you'll have to ask them to change it.
