A bustling harbour town situated on the infamous Doom Bar, with Rick Stein restaurants, fish & chips, pubs, cafes, ice creams, pitch and putt. There is also a Lobster Hatchery. Combining Padstow with the Camel Trail cycle path and the surrounding beaches makes for a great day out! You can take a small boat across to Rock.

Our nearest city, 30 to 45 minutes' drive. You can go via Tavistock or travel down the Cornish side to Saltash before crossing over the Tamar Bridge. (Toll payable.) Plymouth is on the sea front and has a marina, open air swimming pool, multiple restaurants, and cafes with stunning views. The Hoe overlooks the sea front, the Barbican, and the Citadel.

There is no charge to visit the quayside, however there is a fee to enter Cotehele House and the formal gardens. It is also the base for numerous walks, including the stunning riverside walk to Calstock, where there are pubs and cafes for refreshments!
