The walk down the steps to Alun Bay is not bad and you can always take the chair lift back up.
There are 2 boat rides from the bay to the Needles which you queue for on the beach.
Bay itself is beautiful.
In the summer there is bus that is a pub and other food outlets visit the bay such as Wightwood Pizza.
