The county town of Cornwall, Truro is a great place for a wander around the shops. Use the out of town car park for ease of access. Plenty of nice eating places.

With the increasing popularity of Cornwall in general and St Ives in particular, we recommend that guests make restaurant bookings well in advance of their arrival date.
Excellent beach take away. Part of the fine-dining Porthminster Cafe restaurant.

Don't forget your beach gear. We recommend leaving it in the back of your car which you will pass on your way to the beach. For guests at Beach View, there is storage in the base of the bench outside the apartment.
