I recommend going to the terrace, however take some time to browse the books they have on the three levels. There is a section for english language books, ask the clerk. Nice building. They also have a cute gift shop really good for curious souvenirs.

Nice for lunch and dinners. The huauzontles are amazing in this place (mexican traditional vegetarian dish made of a local plant called huauzontle).
