Literally you will be on top of the UK ! Don't underestimate the power of the mountain. This is a 4 -8hr (or more)up and down trip depending on your ability. Be prepared for all weather, we are renowned in this area for having 4 seasons in one day ! Pack layers and good footwear. Enjoy the amazing views if you are lucky to have a blue sky day. It can get very busy too. And please... take your litter home.

Neptune's Staircase. A series of amazing locks on this very famous part of the Caledonian Canal. In Banavie, just 5 mins from the Town centre. A must go and see this incredible feat of engineering.

Made famous in the Harry Potter films, the Jacobite steam train looks magnificent gliding over this structure with the steam rising from the engine. You can also take the normal train, it follows the same route.

You can also take the drive up to lower falls with it's fast flowing water where locals take the adrenaline jump into the icy snow melt waters. Another car park further up leads you to wonderful walk to Steall Falls. Again wear suitable footwear and leave nothing behind but footprints.
