Maripili is one the best places for Spanish food in town and it is very close to the apartment. It's very simples, but always packed. Worth trying it.

Chou is, in my opinion, one of the coziest and best restaurant in town. Great place for a couple, always packed. Reservation recommended. They have tables in the backyard, with a glass roof and small light bulbs hanged aorund! Food is delicious with a lot of mezes options (little portions) and great main courses, mostly made on braise.

If you are looking for good food, Brazilian freshest ingredients, good drinks and caipirinhas with great price, Jiquitaia is a must go. Chosen as a Bib Gourmand restaurant from Michellin.

First Eataly in Latin American opened is in Sao Paulo. It is a great place for food and wine shopping and eating as weel. Great options. Love this place.

One of the best Izakayas. It's a tiny place with a little door located at Japanese neighborhood of Liberdade. They have the best Sake list. Try the Takoyaki (little octopus cooked dough)

If you are into a very good fun laid back restaurant you should try EMA in Sao Paulo. Chef Renata Vanzetto serves very fresh innovative food.. delicious. She owns other really nice famous restaurants in town and at north shore. Must go while in Sao Paulo.

Transamerica Expocenter is one of the biggest places for conferences and events in Sao Paulo. Is very easy to get from the apartment. And you can take advantage of staying in a place close to shopping centers with easy transportation to the Expo Center.

Autodromo Interlagos hosts F1 and also some Music Festivals like Lolla Palooza and other sport events. Satying at my apartment you have easy access through public transportation and you can enjoy the facilities around such as shopping centers (Shopping, Morumbi, Market Place, Cidade Jardim D&D)
