Truly chilling. Very atmospheric, interesting to go but you’ll never be happier to be able to walk back out after your visit. Must’ve been a very scary place in it’s day. Scotland’s Alcatraz.

Tern Cabin is located off the main coast road from Aberdeen to Peterhead. The X63 bus service stops 100m from the cabin.

Weather Awareness
NE Scotland is beautiful but often windy. It's wise to take warm weather clothing. If swimming's your thing there are many beautiful beaches but a wetsuit is advised for any who are not of the ultra brave persuasion.
