Hurricane Ridge is the most popular spot to visit in Olympic National Park
You'll want to check road status, especially in winter when you're required to carry chains for all vehicles and the line forms early and there can be 1-2 hour waits once the lot fills up.

Beautiful Falls and an easy hike in.
A Challenging hike with fantastic views is Deer Ridge Trail from Slab Camp trailhead, taking you all the way to Blue Mountain/Deer Park. In winter, you'll need to be prepared for snow, included the road up in winter. Take Taylor Cutoff Road when coming from the north and Luella Road when coming from south. Check out details on Washington Trails Association website
