It is really good food, for a nice price and nice people who serve you. Take the Turkish dishes, the entrees as well as the main courses.

Very nice food from Eritrea/Africa. You eat with your hands with a big kind of pancake. Very nicely painted and a nice family that owns the place and serves you. Really good prices.

It has a pop up kitchen, every day of the week there is another cook with food from different countries. Very tasty, very good prices. Young people, very friendly.

This church/tower is famous for it was the center of the Jewish neighborhood for a very long time and their are songs about it. We have two more historicly famous towers : the Zuiderkerkstoren and the oudekerkstoren. Also worth visiting.
You can get a tour for 7,50 and can climb the tower and have an amazing view.

And it has a great terrace high with a nive view and it is beautifully situated on the IJ, the big water that separates Amsterdam North from the rest of Amsterdam. You go their by ferry at the back of the central station.

De Pijp is a famous old neighborhood. The big Albert Cuijp market is in the middle of it. It has many small streets and restaurants and nice shops and gezellige bars.
