The El Amphitheater restaurant is inside the hotel and sits high on a hill and overlooks the ocean. The gardens are incredible. Its a bit pricey, but worth the experience and the food is impeccable.

Best seafood ever. So fresh you can still taste the ocean salt water in it. Its just a few hours from ocean to plate and it is something else. Highly recommend.

Sightseeing
The Mermaid Sculpture is stunning. When the tide is low, you can walk out to her and touch her. She is so very beautiful! Just make sure and watch for breakers (big rogue waves) and wear non-slip shoes. The volcanic rock is very sharp. This beach is also an absolute favorite for surfers.

*if you bring food, make sure its deep in your zipped bag. The monkeys will steal your food & keys or your entire bag. They are NOT shy.
-Its about $12 to get into the park. Tours are scheduled many times a day and may be a little extra.

This little Bodega is within walking distance of the house and has everything you might need. You can also get large jugs of water and the natural gas bottle for the stove refilled.
