You can spend a day or two canoeing down this big river that runs through stunning gorges, stopping if you find a nice quiet spot. There are beaches you can reach by car where you can picnic and swim and some lovely villages and restaurants along the way.

The museum interesting and fun for old and young with lots of events throughout the year . You can picnic or eat at the restaurant, swim in the river and on some evenings dance the tango.
Le musée est intéressant et ludique pour toutes les ages et il y a plein d'événements au long l'année. On peux y pique niquer, dîner au restaurant, se baigner dans la rivière et il y des soirées tango.

Le musée est intéressant et ludique pour toutes les ages et il y a plein d'événements au long l'année. On peux y pique niquer, dîner au restaurant, se baigner dans la rivière et il y des soirées tango.
Getting Around
If you arrive by train we recommend that you hire a car straight away and drive the 35 minutes to get here to your accommodation. There is the B22 bus to Bagnols, 2km from here but you will need a car to get around once arrived.

It's the Venice of the Gard with it's little canals, lock and old wash house. There are cycling paths, an ice cream seller, the restaurant Grain de Soleil that I like and night markets too.
