Lido key is directly north of siesta key beach. It is where my wife and I got married so it is not only beautiful but very near and dear to our hearts. :-)

You will find sectioned off areas by Florida’s wildlife preservationists that mark where the turtles will hatch. Seeing them hatch and take to the ocean is a once in a life site. :-)

Drum circle siesta key cultural experience
Every Sunday at just prior to sunset on siesta key beach rain or shine a wonderful and magical event takes place called siesta key drum circle where various musicians play the drums till about a hour after sunset. It is a site to be had an an awesome experience for the siesta key visitor.
I have taken my coaching clients, family, and friends and this is truly a unique free event where you can listen to music, dance, and play the drums all while the beautiful and picturesque sunset is setting in the background. I’ve personally been going for 10 years and love it. :-)

Busch Gardens is located 45-60 min north from our home and is one of Florida’s largest amusement, roller coaster, and combines zoo parks. My wife and I are annual members and this is one of our favorites places to go in all of Florida :-)
