Forza d'Agro is the medieval mountain village that has been featured as the backdrop in several Hollywood motion pictures due to its tremendous beauty and charm. It is the location that director Frances Ford Coppola chose for filming of numerous scenes of "The Godfather" trilogy. In addition to its breathtakingly beautiful views, the town features numerous restaurants offering an abundance of fresh Sicilian cuisine, churches of historical significance, Cioaccolart Museum, a medieval Norman castle, trekking trails and much more! Pristine beaches are a stone throw away as well. A must see!
