There are lots of taco carts around Salt Lake, however, this is one of our favorites! $1 tacos and $4 massive burritos! They also have quesadillas and vampiros. Only a 5 minute drive from the apartment.

Awesome natural history museum with great exhibits on Utah Geology, History, and Paleontology. The dinosaur exhibit is amazing! Definitely worth spending some time exploring.
