I highly recommend a day trip to Negril from Montego Bay. Negril's seven mile, white, powdery sand beach is one of the best in Jamaica! I recommend getting to Negril early (around 10 a.m.) and enjoying the beach at Boardwalk Village. I would end the day with a catamaran sunset cruise to the world famous Rick's Cafe with AristoKat Tours.

Caribbean’s top 10 most rustic bars. This bar is in the middle of the ocean...literally. It is about 2 hours drive from the villa and is the perfect way to spend a day in St. Elizabeth on Jamaica’s lesser visited South Coast.

The best jerked pork in Montego Bay! This gem is located right on Montego Bay's hip strip - just walking distance from other hot spots such as Doctor's Cave Beach and Margaritaville. You MUST also try their special "green jerked sauce" that they make in-house using delicious herbs and spices.

You MUST also try their special "green jerked sauce" that they make in-house using delicious herbs and spices.
While it may seem strange to try Indian or Thai food in Jamaica, this place is a must visit if you want to try something a little different or eat where the locals eat. They serve both Indian and Thai food dishes. My favorites are the Chili Mushrooms from the Thai menu and Mystic Naan with cheese and raisins from the Indian menu.
