10 mile loop trail that runs along the river (Texans call all damned rivers lake) on both sides. There are multiple options for distance as well depending on where you start and what bridge you crossover, with variations as short as 1 mile. We are about two miles from this.

Austin would not be the same without Barton Springs especially in the hotter months. The water stays around 68 degrees year around. There are people who swim here everyday year around. This is a naturally fed spring water pool and home to an endangered blind salamander.
