Fav local coffee shop. Hipster, but also lots of regular neighborhood folks. Good outdoor seating. Nice place to read a book. Walkable from the trailer. They also have breakfast, lunch and early dinner.

Coffee shop just down the hill. Good coffee. I prefer Fix up the street, but Chango has its own devotees. It's next door to Cookbook, a small local gourmet (and expensive) grocery store, across from a gas station, and on the way down to Sunset, so it's a convenient stop.

Great local restaurant with a full bar. Adult and sophisticated. On the more expensive side. Five minute drive and great.

Inexpensive local burgers on Sunset. Very LA. The burgers are good, not great, but definitely good, but I highly recommend it as a classic LA burger joint. You can sit outside on Sunset. Lively.
