One of the famous Prague's breweries Staropramen, where you can taste one of the local beers. The closest tram stop is right in front of the brewery. These trams can take you to most tourist spots.

Another must see. My recommendation is to take a tram or a taxi on top of the Castle and walk thru it down till you reach the river then thru Kampa and Lesser Quarter back towards to the house.

Walk thru Parizska street from the river and reach the Old Town Square to see the famous Astrological clock and other sights of the Old Town.
