This part of town is very central in Washington D.C. You can get anywhere by foot or by metro fairly easily. Dupont Circle is located in the "Old City" of Washington, D.C.—the area planned by architect Pierre Charles L'Enfant. There are beautiful embassies and row homes in this area. A beautiful stroll in the very least.

This area is well known for FOOD! Amazing restaurants line up and down 14th street. My recommendations to check out : Le Diplomat, Compass Rose, Barcelona, Lupo Verde, RICE and Maydan who just received a michelin star!

One of my all time favorite places for spanish tapas! If you are solo you can enjoy the bar scene or make a reservation. I promise it will be paella you will dream of for days:)

Very good for breakfast! They make this amazing London Fog Latte. They also have this smoked meat breakfast sandwich. A must try if you are in town and looking to try something new.
