Sightseeing
This beautiful castle is on the west side of Seneca Lake just south of Geneva. It has an upscale dining called Edgar’s (ask for a table next to windows on porch) and a cheaper fare restaurant called Stonecutter’s. Stonecutters offers a few tables outside as well as a gas fire pit with ADK chairs you can sit and have a cocktail. Feel free to walk the grounds and sit on benches along the lake. They do have a winery and beer tasting room as well as a gift shop.

This winery/brewery (Warhorse Brewing) is just 5 mins south of our house just off of East Lake Road. It will take several hours to go through. You can buy a passport which will let you sample their wines and beer/cider and new hard seltzer. There are several bldgs to go through and they do have a restaurant and cafe on site. Often they have music on the weekends.

They have a bbq menu with pulled pork and Mac n cheese and some soups and chili’s along with other favorites. They have indoor and outdoor seating with views of the lake. They offer light food menu (homemade personal size pizzas, panini’s, salads and sandwiches) between 5-6 pm on Wednesday night they offer bogo on all drinks (beer, liquor and wine)

We enjoy the atmosphere as well as the food. It is located downtown Geneva. They have a wood fired pizza oven but has a great menu as well. Wine list is great and has several local beers on top.

This is only 10 mins away. Drive east on Rt 5&20 until you see Mobile station on left. Turn there and go over the railroad tracks and bear to the right on Edwards Road. Continue on until you get to Rt 96. Cross over onto 9 foot road and it will take you straight to outlet mall.

There are several cheese tasting places to go in the Finger Lakes. Muranda’s is one of our favorites.
This beautiful barn has music on Sunday afternoons through the summer months. They specialize in cheese tastings where they make it right on this farm. You can also buy in several wineries and Red Jacket Fruit Farm on Rt 5&20 west of Geneva.
