It's a must see on walking distance, one of its kind. Where else can you visit a real Dutch windmill and order from a large assortment of beers that's been produced right there? Also big sunny terrace outside.

It's the pride of Amsterdam, holding treasures of painting collections famous all over the world. Obama flew over especially to personally encounter with Rembrandt's Nachtwacht (Nightwatch). Just 10 minutes away by tram.

It's more quiet than Oosterpark but still walking distance. Have a picknick, play football or badminton or have a dip in the lake on a hot day. Chilling!

It's the biggest and busiest park in Amsterdam, but for a reason. A lot of activities going on, sports, concerts, picknicks and some nice restaurants and pancake houses. Always a fun place to go.

Nice place for a stroll, picknick, bbq or playing some badminton or soccer. Next to the Tropical Museum and Hotel Arena with it's lovely big open terrace and inside nightlife events.

It's the oldest market in Amsterdam, local visitors have come to find there fruit, veggies, flowers, fish, cheese and lots of other stuff since over a 100 years. Walking distance from my house!
