The North Side is an old neighborhood full of Pittsburgh history! The area went from wealthy to gritty over the last 50 years, but now it's one of the fastest growing areas in the Burgh. With the revitalization of the North Shore, the whole area is quickly developing into a lively hub of activity. Friendly old locals, new hipsters, artists, and more are now calling the North Side home. The location is great, with lots of things to do - you're less than a mile walk from PNC Park and Heinz Field, with all of the bars & restaurants you could want in between. There are parks, museums, the National Aviary, breweries, and more, all with easy access to downtown.
